The Assoicates program is conducted in partnership with Brigham Young University and the BYU partnership districts. The course of study adheres to the guiding principles of (1) ensuring that students are taught and have opportunity to practice democratic principles (2) giving all students access to knowledge, (3) ensuring that teachers and school personnel provide a climate where students are nurtured and have excellent instruction in order that they may be successful. (4) All personnel in schools recognize their important stewardship and (5) schools are committed to renewal and reflection. The group spends eleven days in instruction together over the course of the school year.
