This book is an excellent resource for teaching any cousre in Interior Design. It is geared for high school students grades 10-12. The book is well constructed and would be durable for classroom use. Overall strengths of the book include organized chapters with clear learning targets, vocabulary, online extention learning options. Each chapter also contains applicable STEM connections, multiple graphics and photos which are up to date, engaging, and easy to interpret. Following the chapter there are detailed summaries about the chapter and ideas for student assignments as well as project based assessments for further student learning. This book is current and gives in-depth information about the interior design industry. The companion~student workbook is also a valuable tool for the teacher as there are concise, ready made activites for student use.
