The readng level is appropriate for high school students and it is very understandable. There are a variety of assessment options to meet a diverse student learning population.

The graphics, photos and chart are appropriate and engaging. Good examples of technics and connecting hands on activities.

It is broken into 5 units with multiple lesson opportunities in each. The chapters begin with key concepts and vocabulary. Assessments are available at the end of each section with bot summative and critical thinking. Culinary careers, culinary H
