It covers the concepts in Progamming 1B as well, but without a specific language.
Additional materials will be needed that are language specific for Programming 1B.
The end of chapter exercises, multiple choice questions, programming exercises, find the bug and game zones and vocabulary are good resources.
This would be a good resource for IB Computer Science.
