SIPPS, 5th Edition is an Intervention program and meets the criteria set forth in SB 127. The program has a score of 100 percent in Print Concepts and Phonological Awareness. The program had a score of 91 percent in Phonics. The program has a total of 1 red flags. Note: Due to updated research, we are currently revising the rubric; this section will not be used against the final determination.
