SPIRE Literacy Suite is an intervention program and had strong evidence in the areas of evidence-based strategies and alignment with the science of reading and meets the criteria set forth in SB 127. It meets the threshold in phonological awareness with 100%, in phonics with 95%, and fluency with 82% and 1 red flag.
