Saxon Reading Foundations K-2, is a supplemental program and meets the criteria set forth in SB 127 in the area of phonological awareness with 95%. It does not meet the criteria set forth in SB 127 in Phonics and Fluency and has 2 red flags. Note: Due to updated research, we are currently revising the rubric; some sections will not be used against the final determination in phonological awareness.
