This is an excellent update to the Welding Principles & Applications textbook. The addition of the digital learning and support through Cengage's MindTap, Cognero, and Instructor Companion sites bring this textbook into the modern classroom. The text covers all of the content outlined in the USBE Strands & Standards for Welding Technology; Entry, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
Students are able to reinforce the information the learn in the texts and classroom instruction through online assignments, labs, modules, and quizzes through MindTap
Teachers can quickly and easily create formative and summative assessments through Cognero. The software even tells you what page in the textbook the question is created from. The Instructor Companion site provides instructors with clean images of all of the pictures, diagrams, tables/charts, etc. that are found in the textbook, answer keys to chapter reviews, premade lesson plans, videos, and powerpoints that summarize the key information in the text chapter by
