Links to Literacy is an intervention program and had strong evidence in the areas of evidence-based strategies and alignment with the science of reading and meets the criteria set forth in SB 127. It meets the threshold in phonological awareness with 100%, in phonics with 91%, in fluency with 91%, in vocabulary 87%, and in comprehension with 84% and 2 red flags.
