Pathways to Career Success: This eTextbook is easy to navigate, has pertinent and helpful information and is relevant to the curriculum. The images included a variety of cultures, ethnic groups, non-traditional careers and people with different abilities. The eTextbook includes an AI study tool, a notebook and flashcards for review.

Life Skills for the 21st Century: This textbook covers many topics including self-awareness, human development, consumer awareness, career preparation, food and nutrition, interior design, sewing, and personal hygiene. It could be used as a resource in many classes in Family and Consumer Sciences. The information is accurate, up-to-date and culturally aware.

Entrepreneurship: Owning Your Future: This is an informative textbook that could be used with the Entrepreneurship class. However, that class is not required to complete the Architectural and Interior Design Pathway, it is only a supporting course.

Introduction to Culinary Arts: A thorough compilation of information to support the Culinary curriculum. Including food safety, culinary equipment, cooking methods, soups and sauces, yeast breads and culinary careers.

On Baking: A textbook of Baking and Pastry Fundamentals: An interactive textbook with videos and activities that pairs well with the Baking and Pastry curriculum. Content includes professionalism, safety, equipment, principles of baking, quick breads, yeast breads, laminated doughs, cookies and brownies, pies and tarts, cakes and more.

On Cooking: A textbook of culinary fundamentals: This textbook has complete information to support the Culinary Arts Pathway. It covers all the aspects of cooking food that you can imagine. The resource includes an e-textbook, an AI study tool, an online notebook and many more.

An Introduction to Hospitality: This textbook goes into great detail about the Hospitality Industry. It covers many more topics than what is outlined in the Hospitality course. Be aware of the units about wine, beer and spirits. Though not included in the high school course, this is a big part of the hospitality industry. There is also an in-depth unit about gaming/gambling.

Food and Nutrition for You: This is a great resource for both the Food and Nutrition class and Culinary 1. There are detailed instructions that align well with both curriculums. It includes interesting information that enriches the content in the Food and Nutrition class and Culinary 1.

Overall, we agree that we would not use these as a primary resource for the pathway, but teachers maybe able to find good information for all the classes within the pathway.
