Evaluation

English 7 A/B by Edmentum is an online language arts course. It is mostly aligned to the previous Utah Core Standards, not the newly adopted standards for 2023. The texts included in this course are very old and would require extensive background for students. Very few current texts are included, so student engagement will be a problem. The course is designed well and is fully online, but it seems to be developed for older students.
