This textbook has great resources, however has additional chapters that do not necessarily follow the Utah GFL curriculum. These chapters are Ch. 19 about global trade and the economy, ch. 20 about environmental responsiblities, and ch. 23 about digital citizenship. Although these topics are good to cover, they do not follow the strands and standards and may include some additional bias. Overall, this textbook has detaile and great information. The math concepts practice examples are great for preparing students to take the final state exam. Also, these would be good to use as a bell ringer question. It would definitely be nice for teachers to have an actual text for in class, when problems occur with computers & tech issues.
