There are sections in this material that can be used for all nutrition and or culinary classes. This material provides current, up-to-date nutrition Information. This textbook gives knowledge and skills needed for healthy eating. It has relevant and real-world content. There are tools for students and teachers for success.
This material provides well thought out reference/resource for all teachers in FCS.
Nutrition and Wellness for Life also discusses safe food handling as well as planning, shopping for, and preparing healthy meals.
