This is well written. It could use a few more supplemental resources. Provides a lot of visual examples to help students. This is a student resource for class projects creating a restaurant or for those wanting to compete in Restaurant Management for ProStart or Entreprenuership for FCCLA. it gives the resources to the student without the teacher having to dig through multipule resource to help students.
