Over all this curriculum was not appealing, was developmentally inappropriate, and doesn't meet the requirement for best practices in an early childhood setting. The curriculum is very teacher driven with an overbearing focus on academics. The number of circle times/small group meetings are not age appropriate. The children would be required to sit for a total of 145 minutes in one day! With only 20 minutes of outdoor playtime. The comprehensive package is rather expensive and I would be curious to know if it would cost that much for a center or individual classes. We can not recommend this curriculum.

I think this curriculum has an online portal for educators and families. I am assuming teachers and parents would need additional training on how to use the materials. However, that was not clearly explained to discussed. The assessment component is very detailed and semi-complicated. I would assume that teachers would need additional training for this as, not sure if that would be provided in the initial cost. | ||||||
