Evaluation

The resource lives up to its title. It is very comprehensive. It is organized well by area and time. It is consistent throughout the text, meaning each chapter is presented the same way. There is a lot of information most of which is AP level and above. The maps are charts are a unique way to organize information. There are very few visuals. Adding pictures and primary sources would increase the effectiveness of this resource. A teacher would find it useful to supplement things they already do or to quickly cover a new concept in World History. The way it is organized makes comparison very clear. While it could be a resource for teachers I would not recommend this for most students due to the level of reading (high) and the lack of visuals.
