This story teaches introductory punctuation, fiction and nonfiction writing, literal reading and deduction skills; who, what, when, and punctuation marks along with peotry and parent insights.

Children are encouraged to retell stories using details and who, what, when and encouraged to put description, action and feelings into the retelling of their stories. Given time for verbal practice with other students, they can critique stories which gives the learner confidence for his performance.
