myHeggerty combines with our digital curriculum, to provide teachers with an all-in-one solution like never before, including digital access to all levels of the Heggerty Phonemic Awareness curriculum, in both English and Spanish, as well as the ongoing support and resources they need to teach with fidelity.
myHeggerty has been recently upgraded to include both 2020 and 2022 digital curriculum and support for all available grade levels and languages.
An annual subscription includes access to a suite of online features:
1. Daily Lesson Videos - Access over 25 hours of recorded lessons as taught by a Heggerty literacy specialist to be used for remote learning, in-class screening, teacher training, homeschooling, at home practice and review and more.
2. Digital Curriculum - For the first time ever, myHeggerty now provides teachers with access to digital versions of the Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Curriculum for ALL of our Tier 1 grade levels including Pre-K through Primary in both English and Spanish and Early Pre-K and Primary Extension in English.
3. Digital Student Assessments - Skip the paper and administer our student assessments online using your computer, phone, or tablet. Monitor student progress, print and download reports, and fine tune your teaching.
4. On-Demand PD - Get a better understanding of phonemic awareness, the science of reading, and best practices for teaching the Heggerty curriculum with fidelity during these 30-45-minute, self-paced learning modules.
5. Teacher Support Videos - On-going support is critical to effective curriculum implementation. myHeggerty gives you access to short, easy-to-follow videos that progress with you as you implement the Heggerty curriculum throughout the school year.
6. Decodable eBook Library - Get online access to our growing library of decodable eBook titles. Copy the link and share it with your students to give them important reading opportunities at home and in the classroom.

myHeggerty is a web-based resource that can be used on most devices with an Internet connection capable of operating a web browser (examples: Mac, PC, iPad, Chromebook). myHeggerty is optimized for use with the most recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. The platform will be continually updated to support the latest browser versions as they become available.

Heggerty uses a state-of-the-art support ticketing system (Salesforce Service Cloud) to manage cases, escalations, urgency levels, etc. When multiple cases are tied to the same reported issue - Heggerty is able to bulk-update cases as updates and resolutions are made available. Heggerty's ticketing system is directly connected to Heggerty's Salesforce CRM to allow all stakeholders on the support team to access district customer profiles, interaction history, and trends in support issues by district customers.
