REWARDS is a research-validated, strategic reading and writing intervention designed to teach students in grades 4–12 a flexible strategy for decoding long words and to increase their oral and silent reading fluency. Using a highly generalizable and effective strategy for decoding multisyllabic words, REWARDS improves word attack and fluency skills and increases automaticity, which results in improved comprehension of information and content-area texts. REWARDS is a powerful short-term intervention that supports any core curriculum and offers flexible implementation options.

This kit includes 10 sets of all required student materials, including online data management for 10 students. Teacher Kits must be purchased separately for implementation.
