Genre Practice provides students with additional opportunities to listen and respond to a variety of genres. Each activity contains one or two reading selections. Multiple-choice comprehension questions and a drawing prompt follow the reading selection(s), depending on the type of activity. The first half of this book features teacher directions and scripted instructions at point of use. The correct answer for each item, either text or art, is underlined. The second half of the book contains blackline masters.
