PLATO AP* Edition Courses are designed to prepare students to take the Advanced Placement (AP*) exams conducted by the College Board. Each PLATO AP* Edition Course is based on a comprehensive AP*syllabus that is rigorously aligned to the curricular design and test requirements of the College Board. The AP*syllabus is planned using the course description, sample syllabi, test items, and other resources published by the College Board for guidance. It includes the course goals along with a detailed scope and sequence for a full academic year. It also articulates the teaching and assessment strategies that are incorporated into each course.
