B3: Brain Body Boost, or B3, helps teachers bring health education into the classroom while motivating students to be active. It provides teachers with ready-to-use lesson plans and activities that meet state health education requirements. Participation is free, teachers earn school supplies for their classrooms, and students compete for grand prizes! B3 is run entirely through an online platform, making it a useful tool as instruction continues in a remote-learning environment or in a classroom at school.
