Forensic Science for High School is a high interest, inquiry rich integrated science curriculum that emphasizes critical thinking and problem solving through the use of real world forensic science methodologies. Forensic science as a discipline is a natural vehicle for students to practice science as inquiry. For every piece of physical evidence brought in for analysis, the student must apply the scientific method of: 1) observing 2) forming a hypothesis 3) collecting and classifying data 4) testing the hypothesis 5) looking for relationships 6) advancing to a conclusion or opinion
