finEDGE is a single semester, comprehensive financial literacy program for high school students that aims to change financial behaviors and provide knowledge. Teachers are provided the necessary tools and information to help assess and adapt lessons based on their classroom's familiarity while supporting diverse student backgrounds. finEDGE covers the following topics: 1) Financial Decision-Making Context 2) Save and Spending 3) Borrowing 4) Earning 5) Investing 6) Managing Risk 7)Financing Post-Secondary Education. The backbone of the program is the Teacher's Guide designed to provide teachers with easy-to-use lessons organized by modules. Lessons include teacher notes, differentiation suggestions and assessment tips. The Student Workbook is a student resource containing learning activities, informational text, and homework assignments. Additionally, the Student Workbook contains the elements of each module's cumulative project, including assignment sheets, rubrics and graphic organizers.
