Comprehensive School Threat Assessment Guidelines (CSTAG) includes the rationale for threat assessment, how the team functions, what steps to follow in conducting an assessment and resolving transient and substantive threats.
The CSTAG training is the foundation to assist LEAs with the creation and implementation of threat assessment and a multidisciplinary threat assessment team in accordance with the Utah State Legislature's and the Board Rule R277-400: School Facility Emergency and Safety.
