Description
This guided book study focuses on the book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt, which focuses on “the epidemic of teen mental illness.” Participants will independently read portions of the book and reflect on what they learned. As a school counselor team, they will meet together, discuss what they are learning, gather and analyze data, and create a project to both support our students and educate teachers on this issue.
