This course has both synchronous and asynchronous elements. Synchronously online, there are 7 times the book study will meet to discuss the reading, what they learned, and implementation. Asynchronously, teachers will spend approximately 7 hours reading the book and about 4 hours doing assignments to apply their learning and prepare to meet with their group.
