As a part of this experience, teachers will become part of the Utah LEARNS learning community - a network of elementary educators throughout Utah that meets in-person and digitally to provide teachers with the professional learning they need. Many members of our community are highly-qualified educators and researchers. Resources will be shared with attendees at the conference and digitally. Data-based learning and instruction is a key part of Utah LEARNS. Our learning designs are research-based, building off of literature and recent studies on teacher professional learning.
