Running Start is designed to prepare educators who are newly hired or within three years of teaching special education, as well as those educators seeking their professional license. The 3-day summer course and the 6 booster sessions throughout the school year are designed to help educators navigate special education policies, specially designed instruction, behavior, classroom management, and other relevant topics.
