This course is designed to help teachers and other school staff learn actionable skills to help improve student behavior. It was developed by experts at the University of Utah and is an online and on-demand training so it can be completed at your own pace. The situations and strategies presented in the training are most applicable for school staff working in K-6, however, the same principles apply for secondary education school staff.

The training takes about 6 hours to complete.
