This course focuses on educator selected personal development to improve both teacher development and student achievement. Teachers will have the opportunity to work together collaboratively as well as with the SJH Instructional Coaches over the course of 4 months, or longer if desired. Teachers will attend required workshops, plan, and implement relevant strategies into their classrooms, observe colleagues, and complete a reflection assignment.
