This course will provide continued support for the Spanish DLI teachers to implement the Adelante Literacy Program; reintroduce the implementation of the Counterbalance Methodology to teach language forms; and reintroduce the Antología Program to address the vertical articulation of cultural comparisons and enhance interculturality.

This course will provide continued support for the Spanish DLI teachers to implement the Adelante Literacy Program; reintroduce the implementation of the Counterbalance Methodology to teach language forms; and reintroduce the Antología Program to address the vertical articulation of cultural comparisons and enhance interculturality.
The course will focus on introducing planning tools to support literacy planning. In addition, this course will provide the rationale for reintroducing Counterbalance and Antología as critical curricular components that are aligned to the three basic DLI Program goals. Furthermore, each methodology will be modeled through videos.
