Teachers will learn how to unlock students’ algebraic thinking in secondary mathematics. Teachers will engage in meaningful mathematics and learn strategies that will encourage students to reason, justify their thinking, and make sense of algebraic structures. To strengthen students' algebraic understanding, teachers will focus on setting goals, anticipating barriers, and designing learning activities.
