Have you always wanted to bring film and digital storytelling into the classroom for hands-on, engaging assignments? Did you always want to try filmmaking as a class project but felt you lacked the skills to lead these projects with your students? Do you want to learn these skills at your schedule and pace? This workshop is for you!

Utah Film Center built a high-quality, online course to teach you all the basics of filmmaking and show you how four distinct assignments--the Documentary, the Personal Narrative, the Public Service Announcement (PSA), or the Instructional Video--can be used in the classroom for engaged learning.

Upon the completion of the course, you can earn one of the following:
-1.0 USBE Credit -15.00 Re-licensure Credits -6 Credit Hours for the Education Technology Endorsement, or -3 Credit Hours for the Media Arts Endorsement.
