Teachers will have the opportunity to work one-on-one over the course of six to eight weeks with an instructional coach to identify challenges in student learning, set a goal, learn, practice, and improve instruction. The coaching cycle consists of at least six personalized learning sessions with the instructional coach, with the potential for more sessions as needed. Additionally, teachers will complete necessary learning individually and meet checkpoints throughout the cycle. The focus of the learning will be on mastering best-practice instructional strategies and improving learning for students.
