The Utah Principal Partnership Networks (PPNs) are a set of voluntary regional communities of practice for principals and assistant principals that provide an opportunity for principals to examine problems of practice with their peers and work through cycles of continuous improvement. The PPNs are supportive spaces for principals to share resources and ideas, explore and question their understandings, solve challenges, and form common commitments for action and improvement. The Utah Principal Partnership Networks (PPNs) are a set of voluntary regional communities of practice for principals and assistant principals that provide an opportunity for principals to examine problems of practice with their peers and work through cycles of continuous improvement. The PPNs are supportive spaces for principals to share resources and ideas, explore and question their understandings, solve challenges, and form common commitments for action and improvement. The group discussions focus on practical cases drawn from principals’ work and will be organized around clear agendas and protocols.

There are four new focused PPNs for principals to consider this year: Alternative Schools PPN (for principals of alternative schools), Schools to Watch PPN (for principals of Schools to Watch schools), New Principal PPN (for principals in their first three years of the role), and New Principal Mentor PPN (for principals serving as new principal mentors). Principals can decide to register for these focused PPNs, the regional PPNs, or both.

Re-licensure points will be awarded based on the time each principal is able to invest.
