It is asynchronous, so educators can work on the course material when convenient within each week of the course. There are no mandatory class times to observe and usually no materials to purchase.

This course will begin in February 2020 These courses usually run for 12 weeks in duration. Each course unlocks weekly, so that the participants engage in the course material as a cohort.

While the courses are tuition-free, there is a required recording fee payable to SUU once grades have been posted. Credit instructions are posted within the courses in CANVAS. Educators are responsible for paying the fee, currently $21 per credit hour, and then credit is posted on an SUU transcript. These courses are ONLY available for graded SUU credit.

Registration is limited to two (2) courses per term. These courses will begin in February 2020.
