Description
Density and the causes and consequences of changes in density are topics woven through several Strands in the new 6th grade SEEd Standards. In this session you will experience activities that address the role of density in Strands 6.2 and 6.3 in the SEED Standards. We will also provide each school that has one or more 6th grade teachers who attend this session with a classroom set of density tanks that are used in some of these activities.
