Description
The most important assessment students take isn’t the state test--it’s self-assessment! Self-assessment can provide insight into students’ true comprehension and can help to identify gaps in students’ knowledge. Encouraging students to examine their own learning and levels of understanding can also be an important ‘wake-up call’, identifying areas that require improvement. Participants will learn a number of self-assessment strategies in this course and when to use them.
