The textbook covers the AP Human Geography curriculum very well with vivid graphics and integrated pictures that teach the concepts in engaging and valid ways that correlate extremely well to the College Board concepts and ideas. There~are some minute factual errors that the teacher would need to correct, the reviewers noted the omission of the LDS religion from the most numerous faiths by U.S. county on page 189. Page 210 also contains inaccuracies about the LDS organization. On page 208 the book states that the layout for Salt Lake City was based upon a revelation by Jospeh Smith when it was in actuality laid out based upon the U.S. Land Ordinance of 1785. While the buildings may have been revealed, the actual grid pattern is based upon the U.S. Land Ordinance. There may be other factual errors that the reviewers did not locate.
