Scaffolding: Scaffolding supports for these materials are complex and challenging, engage learners from various skill levels and provide assistance for all students to enhance conceptual understanding; and offer opportunities for students to share evidence and research. Navigation: This resource contains directions that are clear and understandable and are easy to navigate through. Narrative: The text provides a rich content for the course as outlined by CollegeBoard in the Course Description for AP European History. Content, including primary and secondary sources within each chapter, have referenced sources. The text includes multiple scaffolded activities aimed at increasing higher level thinking for students. It is easy to navigate. ACCESSIBILITY: Bias Free: This material is free from bias and can be used by all students regardless of gender, race or ethnicity, and is free from advertising, e-commerce or political interest, and is in compliance with the law and community standards. Adaptability: Instructional materials in this resource are easily updated and adaptable for teacher and student use in individualized~or group instructional settings, and are accessible for an appropriate time period to facilitate a proper learning environment for all students. Technical Standards: This curriculum is limited by specifications that may require additional materials~or technical assistance, or additional hardware, software, or infrastructure. Narrative: The text delivers abroad content that is accessible to all students groups, free from bias and political interest. Within each chapter instructional materials are provided which are easily adaptable to classroom use in both individual and group settings. Accessibility of online curriculum and technical standards could not be determined as the online were not readily accessible. It is difficult to determine hardware and software requirements based on this technicality. PEDAGOGY: Physical Characteristics: In physical terms, this resource is somewhat fragile in construction and provides limited tactile experiences for students. Instructional Support: This curriculum does not provide adequate support for the instructor. Supplemental Resources: Provided materials reference numerous available supplemental resources. Narrative: In physical terms, the text seems durable, but does not provide a wealth of audio-visual experiences for all users. At the end of each chapter multiple supplemental resources are listed, both reading lists and media resources. Lacking from the provided curriculum were instructional supports for teachers. while supports may be available through their digital site, the site was inaccessible during review.
