This course is designed for 6th grade teachers who teach in an elementary school setting where teachers are responsible for science as well as other content instruction.

With new or newer science standards, what shifts to instruction are necessary? Come spend two days exploring implementation of the Science with Engineering Education (SEEd) Standards into instruction. In this session, you will investigate expectations of the SEEd standards, experience model lessons for your grade, identify shifts to instruction, and discuss how literacy is embedded in the science and engineering practices.
