Teachers will learn specific, concrete, and actionable techniques to improve instruction and increase student achievement. Teachers will meet as professional learning communities to plan, implement, and assess curriculum goals and objectives to improve curriculum planning/instruction/assessments that will lead to increased student achievement. They will also learn to incorporate appropriate instructional technologies into their curriculum.
